韦尔斯利交响乐团 (WSO) presents its 65th season of entertaining programs for enthusiastic audiences. The WSO has been the Orchestra-in-Residence at 澳门新葡新京在线 Community College since 1984. Max Hobart, who has shaped its artistic direction since 1993, conducts the Symphony. Many well known names in Boston musical circles have been associated with the WSO over the years, 包括亚瑟·费德勒, who led the orchestra in 1958 to mark its 10th anniversary. Artist Howie Green Donates Painting of Wellesley Symphony

The painting was inspired by a 2014 photograph by Mickey Goldin who has photographed the Orchestra for over ten years. The painting is acrylic and mixed media on canvas. The Wellesley Symphony is Orchestra-in-Residence at 澳门新葡新京在线.

In the past decade Howie has been involved in an ongoing series of public art projects which offer him the opportunity to bring his art to the general public. He has received over 45 awards and been featured in over 50 gallery shows and public art projects including a mural on the front of Boston City Hall, Cow Parade Boston and a series of murals for the Boston Red Sox 澳门新葡京手机版. 他还著有两本书，包括 爵士鱼禅 (查尔斯·塔特尔出版公司).
